Erbud Industry builds its mission based on the most important values named by management theoreticians. We put increasingly more attention to the context of the activity of our organization, we analyze both the appearing opportunities and encountered risks.

The aim of the Company's operations is to satisfy, as best as possible, the Customer needs and expectations but, at the same time, to continuously strengthen the Company’s market position meeting the legal requirements. Our actions are underlain by the protection of health and life of our employees, creation of environment-friendly and socially acceptable conditions. Each year we get a confirmation of running processes in line with the requirements of the Quality Management System standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The developed procedures and instructions enable process repeatability and their system relations, at the same time improving each of the activity elements.

The operations of ERBUD Industry is also related with interference in respective environmental components, hence the care for the environment is one of the strategic goals of the Company. Implementation of the Environment Management System in compliance with the PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 standard not only ensures the achievement of a serious goal, but also meets the expectations of our customers and communities to an even higher extent. Erbud Industry identifies all environmental aspects related to the operations of the Company. Such identification takes place at the level of projects in progress and is conducted by Construction Site Managers.

To minimize the negative environmental impact, the Company takes actions such as:

• Proper waste management, introduction of waste separation
• Modernization of the car fleet
• Constant raising of employee awareness regarding environmental protection.
