We are approved by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) to manufacture devices and carry out overhaul and retrofit of steam and water boilers, stationary pressure vessels, steam pipelines, and non-pressure and low-pressure vessels, including vessels for caustic or toxic substances.

We provide comprehensive overhaul and retrofit services of industrial and heat-generation turbines, control systems, turbine-generator oil lubrication systems, vacuum and condensation system devices, regenerative preheaters, feedwater tanks and degasser tanks, pressure reducing and desuperheating stations, and piping and instruments.

We provide comprehensive overhaul, retrofit and maintenance of pumping equipment, such as feedwater pumps in inverter control systems and hydrokinetic couplings, cooling water pumps, condensate pumps, unit drainage pumps, wastewater pumps, dredging pumps, network pumps and non-clog pumps.

We perform comprehensive work with regard to production, retrofit and overhaul of electrical and I&C equipment in power plants and combined heat and power plants, including: electrical systems for steam and water boilers, turbines, generators, switching stations and substations of all voltages, low-, medium- and large power electric motors, automation, digital and conventional control systems.

We carry out comprehensive project and retrofit work for the professional energy sector.The diversity of our teams, from heat and mechanical, electrical and district heating, to building teams, enables comprehensive performance of the following tasks:

  • coal and ash handling systems — coal discharge devices, feeders, coal mills, pulverised coal and air mixture pipes, burners, air and flue gas ducts, ID fans, rotary air preheaters, electrostatic precipitators, cyclones and multicyclones.
  • Flue Gas Desulphurisation Plants — electrostatic precipitators and bag filters, flue gas ducts, sorbent tanks, pneumatic ash conveying systems, compressor stations, water and air preparation systems, discharge and loading stations.

The Technical Tests Laboratory in our Diagnostics Division has 2nd level approval of the Central Office of Technical Inspection (UDT reg. No LB-010/14). We carry out comprehensive diagnostics of machines and equipment. Our Diagnostics Division is equipped with modern devices to perform the diagnostic operations specified below. Scope of operations:

  • Acceptance post-overhaul measurements

  • Determination of the dynamic state of the equipment tested on the basis of bearing housing vibration measurement and computer-assisted analysis of vibrations

  • milling on vertical and horizontal milling machines

We manufacture structural components from steel and assemble steel structures in the EXC1, EXC2 and EXC3 class in compliance with the requirements set forth in the standards PN-EN 1090-1+A1 and PN-EN 1090-2+A1 — using method 1 (according to our own specifications) or method 3a (as per the Client’s specifications). The implementation and certification of a welding process management system to PN-EN ISO 3834-2 and certification of the Factory Production Control system at the Mechanical Shop in Łódź enables us to execute steel elements and structures with declared service properties compliant with the specifications and harmonised standards.
